Eddie Avinashi was born and raised in the north side of Chicago and currently works as a Freelance Cinematographer in the Midwest and across the United States. He has collaborated on a variety of narrative films, music videos, and commercials and enjoys the immersion into making compelling films.

A graduate of the Digital Cinema program at DePaul University, Eddie has been generously offered many entry level positions with professional camera and lighting crews in Chicago. He is always eager to push his abilities to understand color, light, depth, and visual dynamics working professionally as a Cinematographer.
